Our Return and Exchange Policy

Product return requests are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, according to the following criteria. In online sales (with distance contracts), consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason and without assuming any legal liability.
